G7Maker is an online retailer that is ready to ship (RTS) and serves as an OEM/ODM e-shop specializing in electric motors and controllers, including AC motors, DC motors, electromagnetic motors, electrostatic motors, ultrasonic motors, DC power supplies, single-phase AC power supplies, three-phase AC power supplies, stepping motors, brushless motors, asynchronous motors, servo motors, and linear motors. Synchronous motors are also included.

Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it?

Certainly! We provide a 30-day return guarantee on the majority of our items. (We pride ourselves on being accommodating.)

If you need to return an item, simply send it back. We will either refund the amount to the original payment method for purchases over USD 200, or we will refund to your account for purchases of USD 200 or less, or we can offer you an exchange.

You will need to fulfill these two requirements:

1. Log into your account and apply for a return.

2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Please pack the goods and return them to the designated collection center.

Please note that there are certain items for which we cannot accept returns, such as food and some jewelry (refer to the FAQ below), unless they are faulty. Of course, this does not affect your consumer rights.

How long will the refund take?

Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed and should appear in your account within 3-5 working days.
